Product Marketing Engineer (for Clipsal by Schneider Electric)

 
 

 Key responsibilities

 

  • Manages the offer to encourage growth of market share and compatibility with needs.
  • Ensure that all the relevant actors are properly trained concerning the offer sold in the country and have the right tools or methodologies.
  • Provides the elements required to support the offer and build the relevant action plans.
  • Guarantees profitability of the offer (price, mix, etc…).
  • Manages or supports the launch of new offer over time, guaranteeing achievement of goals.
  • Monitor the competition and analyze competitors’ offer positioning in the market.

 

Requirements:

 

  • University degrees in Marketing, Electrical Engineering or Electronics
  • 5 years experience in marketing, business development in both b2b and/or b2c marketing, with exposure in the IT, electronics and consumer durables industries.  Previous working experience in the building materials, systems, decoration or home making products fields is a plus but not mandatory. Must have hands-on experience in:
  • the planning and execution of marketing programs
  • corporate communication and public relations
  • internet marketing
  • brand management and business planning
  • Understand company’s products and competitors are an advantage
  • Knowledgeable of distributions and consumer goods pull/push marketing strategy
  • Be able to communicate in spoken and written English.
  • Must be presentable and commercial and customer-oriented
