                                  Metal & Mineral Solutions Sales Manager - Hanoi

                                   
                                   

                                  Key responsibilities:

                                  • Active participation and identification of prospective project though regular contacts with customer ( face to the customer) within the concerned market segment
                                  • Sales strategies ( approach for each project, in full co-ordination with the business units and/ or Tendering Team within the concerned market segment
                                  • Follow up on offers with customers and keep project information updated
                                  • Keep regular contacts of customers to ensure satisfaction before and after delivery
                                  • Be the single face to customers, i.e. be responsible for specific customer portfolio acting within the concerned segment, lead, co-ordinate or be aware of any action done towards any customer of his portfolio. This also includes maintaining relationship with customer and relevant players ( local country authorities, potential partners, representatives, project consultants, financial community, ect.) beyond the project-related contacts of the Businesses and developing an extensive knowledge of customer organizations (structure, decision-making process, etc)
                                  • Develop opportunities (mapping of key players, partners- technical and financial offerings to be promoted, ect.)
                                  • Have sufficient knowledge of all of Schneider products and services in order to promote the whole Schneider portfolio to any customer in its segment
                                  • Maintain good communication flows and properly report
                                  • Support and advise the Businesses in resolving problems during project execution, collaborating with the financial departments of the business for instance facilitate, if necessary, the payment and release of performance bonds on time

                                  Requirements:

                                  • University degree in Electrical Engineer
                                  • Sales and project management skills are advantages
                                  • At least 5+ years of professional experience depending on segment size
                                  • Have market knowledge in area of work, international exposure & awareness
                                  • Knowledge of domestic and international environment ( required to support a matrix organization)
                                  • Understand Schneider’s products & equipment
                                  • Good sales & communication skills
                                  • Have knowledge of contracts/tendering, finance and project management
                                  • Good command of spoken & written English
