Job Location: HCMC
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for growing the sales in Infrastructure & Building market in the South of Vietnam, meet and beat the annual sales target
- Bring Schneider solution directly to customers and understanding customers needs
- Develop customer relationship and grow existing client
- Gain comprehensive understanding of competition in as sales territory including go to market strategy, strengths weaknesses
- Track all opportunities & proactively identifies new opportunity and utilizes necessary resources to close those opportunities
- Report to Business Development Manager
Requirements:
- University degree- Electrical Engineering
- Demonstrated skill in developing long-term customer relationship
- 3-5 years in Sales experience, preferably already have strong network with consultants and customers in large and complex projects
- Be able to communicate in spoken and written English
- Must be presentable and able to communication fluently with customer
- Good selling skills
- Customer-oriented
- Project/contract management ability
- Specific knowledge: LV-MV electrical equipment, protection control
- Good understanding of Schneider Electric's competitors and market development.
- Creative and motivated individual with aggressive selling and negotiation skills
