Key responsibilities:
1. ISO 9001: 2000 Quality Management System (QMS)
- Responsible to the conformity to ISO requirement
- Follow-up all Quality files such as Quality Manual Organization Files, Procedures, Instructions & Forms, create, review, revise and update quality system
- Follow-up all Industrial files such as Product. Definition file, Manufacturing file, Process Facility file, Standard file, update and execute industrial techniques required
- Coordinate with BVQI for surveillance periodically and audit
- Supervise calibration of tools and equipment
2. New reporting, KPI and QCSS
- OTD for Schneider Electric
- CCC (Customer Care Center), Schneider Electric indicator
- Non Quality Report for Vietnam
- Monthly Survey and QCSS
3. Quality Information Issues
- Receive Quality Info (QI) from Quality Network (SEA Corporate)
- Take necessary action basing on QI action request
- Follow up & response QI
- Communicate to Quality Network for Quality issue in Vietnam
4. Warranty Product Return
- Communicate to customer to get/ clarify data of returned products
- Coordinate with service/3rd party to investigate defective products (if necessary)
- Key in data into GRAP for warranty products
- Follow up GRAP ticket for RTE case to reply customer
- Run CAR (Ez ticket) process efficiency
5. Quality & 6 Sigma Project
- Involve into procedure to improve process SEA project review
- Implement 6 sigma projects
6. Technical Support and analysis
- Support customers for technical inquiries
- Analyze technical problem which affect quality of Schneider Electric's products
- Assist CCC to resolve customer's complaints relating to product's quality
Requirements:
- University degree- Electrical Engineering
- Experience in QMS (ISO 9001: 2000) quality system, Customer Management Relation (CRM), Customer Support
- Problem solving & analysis
- Management & document control
- Experience about Quality Assurance (ISO 9001: 2000)
- 3 years experience working in team leader/ manager position in global company
- Good understanding of the distribution market, distributors & dealers, suppliers’ customers, competitors and market development
- Proficiency in both written and oral English and Vietnamese
- Good communication, ability to work under high pressure
- Good computer proficiency
- Good selling, marketing and analysis skills
- Customer-oriented
