                                  Sales Engineer - Food & Beverages Solutions

                                   
                                   

                                  Responsibilities:

                                  • Actively participate and identify prospective projects through regular contacts with customer within the concerned market segment
                                  • Prepare accurate offers in compliance with commercial policy.  Present & provide technical information necessary to the customers
                                  • Follow- up offers with customers and keep project  information on customer relationship management  modules updated
                                  • Lead contract negotiations with support of other department (Finance, Engineering Project Services,  Logistics, etc). Transfer project details to support team and ensure smooth transition for project execution
                                  • Manage debt collections for assigned accounts in line with company’s expectation
                                  • Keep regular contacts with customer to ensure satisfaction before and after delivery
                                  • Maintain relationship with customer and relevant players (local country authorities, potential partners, project consultants, etc.) beyond the project-related contacts of the businesses
                                  • Have sufficient knowledge of all of Schneider equipment and targeted solution in order to promote the whole Schneider portfolio any customer in its segment
                                  • Maintain and update project status regularly. Ensure project information is exhaustive and useful to support key strategic decisions
                                  • Working closely with other business units to secure the project with full solution available within Schneider Electric especially  for F&B.

                                  Requirements:

                                  • University degree in Electrical Engineer or equivalent
                                  • At least 5 years of professional experience depending on segment size
                                  • Have market knowledge in area of work, international exposure & awareness
                                  • Have knowledge of domestic and international environment
                                  • Good knowledge of Schneider  products & equipment
                                  • Customer-oriented mindset
                                  • Good sales & interpersonal skills
                                  • Have knowledge of contracts/tender, finance and project management
                                  • Spoken & written English
