Key Responsibility:
- Develop and support Services business of SEVN aligns with corporate strategy in Services (Electrical distribution, automation, energy efficiency services).
- Sell services solutions to End-User in Building & Industries or other channel upon opportunities
- Master targeted services offer portfolio in Electrical distribution and automation from low voltage to medium voltage level to sell targeted market(e.g. spare-part, replacement, maintenance, retrofit and upgrade or extension, services contract, MP4 audit, MC2 audit, troubleshooting, training for building and industries customer)
- Be able set up and submit business plan, action plan, weekly schedule to visit customer and secure the order
- Coordinate with other salesman to capture opportunities for services and other activities
Requirements:
- Electrical Engineer (preferred Electrical Distribution or Electrical Equipment background
- 2 years experience in factory in charge of electrical or power job or 2 year experience in a electrical consultant company
- Min.2 years experience in sales preferred End-User sales or Services Sales or technical sales
- Understand how to approach End-user channel
- Selling skills (Prepare for a visit, visit customer, understand the need, provide solution, follow up, close the order)
- Other skills (Presentation, negotiation, time-management and project management)
- Understand the market of Services business
- English speak fluently
- Good at writing business document in both English or Vietnamese
- Professionalism in Influencing and listening and present and conversation skills
